    RENEWAL OF BUSINESS PERMITS

    Requirements      

    1.        Previous years Mayor's Permit/License

    2.        Official receipts of payments — 1st to 4th quarters for the preceding year

    3.        Special Power of Attorney (SPA) with photocopy of ID of the person authorized to transact and of the taxpayer/applicant

    4.       Community Tax Certificate

    5.       Income Tax Return and Financial Statements for the preceding year which were filed with the BIR on the current year.     For consolidated FS, attach breakdown of gross sales/receipts from other City/Municipality. For Fiscal year FS, attach breakdown of gross sales/receipts from January to December.

    6.       Barangay Clearance (business located)

    7.       Market Clearance, if applicable

    8.       Assessor’s Certification or Real Property Tax Clearance

    9.       Other pertinent information and data as maybe required

    Duration: 2 hours and 15 minutes (under normal circumstances)

                  : 4 hours and 15 minutes (maximum extension of 2 hours for unusual circumstances)

    Assess tax due and permit fee and issue official receipt after payment of all financial obligation

    CLAIM - Submit duly approved application form with complete requirements back to the Licensing Section and Claim approved business permit with business Sticker and sign the registry book

    Check and receive the duly approved application form and all the requirements. Print permit and forward to City Mayor's office for approval. Issue claim stub
