    PNP Orients Panaboans at Barangay Dapco WHAPEE Caravan

    PANABO CITY, Davao del Norte – PNP conducted a Crime Prevention Strategy and Safety Tips orientation to Panaboans dubbed, “Alerto Kumunidad” (Community Alert), during the WHAPEE Caravan activity last February 14, 2017 at Barangay Dapco Gym.
    According to SPO1 Antonieta Patricio, the activity aims to prevent and reduce crimes and to provide public awareness for safer, orderly and peaceful communities.
    Furthermore, PO1 Jovelyn Loyloy said that among the services that PNP Panabo conducted during the caravan include free hair cut, home and family visitations, health center and barangay visitations.
    In addition, there were topics on Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003 (R.A. 9208), Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (R.A. 91650), Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children (R.A. 9862) and the intensified campaign against motornapping.
    PNP Panabo, under the supervision of Chief of Police PCI Julius Borja, urged the public to be alert, vigilant and get involved in different community awareness activities and report immediately any suspicious individuals or crime incidents in their Barangays.     By AIR, The Davao International Airport has numerous local and international airlinrs flying into Davao. From the airport, you can either take a metered cab, van or jeepney going to Panabo City or via Tagum City or Mati City.

    By SEA, Panabo City is accessible through the Sasa port of Davao City. From Davao City you can choose among the numerous public vehicles to bring you to Panabo City.
