The delegation was composed of officials and representatives from the City Treasurer’s Office (CTO), City Economic Enterprise and Development Office (CEEMDO), City Planning and Development Office (CPDO), and City Engineering Office (CEO) of Bislig City.
The purpose of their visit was to gather information and effective strategies that they can apply to the upcoming operations of the Market Mall in Bislig. Through their benchmarking activity, they aim to develop strong policies and gain a clear understanding of appropriate rental rates, fees, and other regulatory charges through a comprehensive financial study.
The LGU of Bislig chose the Panabo City Market Complex as a model for good governance and efficient revenue collection. Through their visit, they hope to gain practical insights, experiences, and best practices that can be applied to improve their own market operations.
The visitors were warmly welcomed by City Administrator Pedrito A. Misoles and CGDH-CEEMDO Dulce Relopez, demonstrating unity and support between the respective Local Government Units.
