The 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) Celebration was officially launched in the Local Government of Panabo through the City Human Resource Management Office (CHRMO) on September 1, 2026, at the Panabo City Hall Lobby.

 

 

The celebration was led by City Human Resource Management Officer Jan Mari Cafe, MBA, with this year’s theme, “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing para sa Bayan.” 

 

The month-long celebration will continue throughout September, featuring various activities prepared to commemorate the occasion and recognize the dedicated service and contributions of government employees to the Local Government and the people of Panabo.

Joining the celebration were CSC Davao del Norte Field Office Director Ruby A. Española, Executive Assistant IV Jo-Anne Relampagos, department heads, assistant department heads, section heads, employees, and guests.
