BENCHMARK 2025 | The Province of Maguindanao del Sur, led by Vice Governor Hon. Hisham Salendab Nando, conducted a benchmarking activity in Panabo City on July 22, 2025.

The purpose of the visit was to learn and gather best practices and innovative approaches that are effectively implemented in the city, particularly in the area of local legislation.

The first phase of their visit was held at the Office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, where they witnessed the conduct of a regular session as part of their observational learning, led by City Vice Mayor Engr. Franklin D. Gentiles.

They were also warmly welcomed by the Local Government, led by City Administrator Pedrito A. Misoles, and participated in a tour of the Panabo City Market Complex and Anflo Industrial Estate, where they observed the city’s initiatives and developments in the economic sector.
