September 17, 2025 – A Blessing and Turnover Ceremony was held at the City Hall Grounds for the newly acquired vehicles to be used by various offices of LGU Panabo.

Among those turned over were one (1) cement mixer truck and two (2) utility vans, which were formally received by the City Engineer’s Office, City Health Office, and City Information Office. These vehicles were procured to improve public service delivery and facilitate the daily operations of each respective department.

The ceremony began with the blessing of the vehicles officiated by Rev. Fr. Richard Narciso of Sto. Niño Parish, to ensure their proper and safe use.

It is expected that through these additions, the delivery of public services—especially technical, medical, and information-related assistance—will be made more efficient, particularly in areas with pressing needs.

Present during the activity were City Councilor Hon. JM Relampagos, Executive Assistant IV Jo-Anne Relampagos-Capuyan, City Administrator Pedrito A. Misoles, CGSO City Assistant Head Randel B. Panayangan, Assistant City Health Officer Dr. Eranie L. Pangilinan, LGU employees, and other guests.
