December 17, 2025 — The Blessing and Official Turnover of the Anflo Industrial Estate (AIE) Fire Substation was successfully held, marking a significant milestone in the company’s strong commitment to strengthening safety and emergency preparedness. The event took place at the AIE Grounds, Barangay San Pedro, Panabo City.

The ceremony began with a ribbon-cutting, followed by the blessing of the AIE Fire Substation, symbolizing the official opening and start of operations of the facility, led by Ricardo F. Lagdameo, President of Damosa Land.

In his message, he emphasized the importance of the facility in enhancing fire safety, improving emergency response capabilities, and strengthening cooperation between the private and government sectors for the benefit of the community.

This was followed by the official turnover of the AIE Fire Substation to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Panabo, signifying the formal transfer of operational and management responsibility of the facility to the agency.

BFP Regional Director FCSUPT Junito F. Maslang also delivered a message, expressing his gratitude to ANFLO and Damosa Land for their support and efforts in providing a facility that will help ensure faster and more efficient emergency response in the city and nearby areas.

The event was attended by City Information Officer Michael Angelo A. Resueño, representing City Mayor Jose E. Relampagos; City Fire Marshal FSINSP Richard D. Quiboquibo; CLGOO-DILG Atty. Louie Limbaro; officials of ANFLO and Damosa Land; personnel of BFP Panabo; and other invited guests.
