October 24, 2025 – The annual gathering of Muslim students in Panabo City, known as the City-Wide Madrasah Musabaqah 2025, or more commonly referred to as the Sports Festival or school intramurals, is being held for five (5) days, from October 24 to October 28, 2025, in Barangay Datu Abdul Dadia, Panabo City.
The event was formally opened by Ustadz Ricardo M. Macla, together with teachers from the eight (8) Madrasah Centers in Panabo City, namely:
- Mahad Panabo Al-Islamie (Purok Caimito, Datu Abdul Dadia)
- Madrasato Noril Hidayati Al-Khassatol Islamiyah (Purok Macopa, Datu Abdul Dadia)
- Sulaiman Arabic Madrasah (Purok Orchids, Buenavista)
- Madrasatul Hidayah Al-Islamiyah (Purok Durian, Cagangohan)
- Madrasatol Tarbiya Al-Islamiyah (New Site, Gredu / Temporary at Rip-Rap, JP Laurel)
- Madrasah Attarbiya Al-Islamiah (Purok Ramihan, Datu Abdul Dadia)
- Tahfidul Qur-An Al-Islamia (Purok Cogon 3, JP Laurel)
- Madrasatol Markaz Al-Islamia (Purok Centro 1 Islam, JP Laurel)
The activities aim to showcase the talents and skills of Muslim youth in Panabo City while providing them with entertainment and fun.
