October 6, 2025 — A Foot Parade was held as part of the celebration of the 13th Binulig Festival with the theme: “Good Deeds for Nature, Strengthening Panaboans.” The parade started from Sea Oil, Barangay Gredu, and ended at the Panabo City Gymnasium.

It included the participation of employees from the Local Government, public and private agencies, barangays, and various organizations showing their support for the event.
