September 24, 2025 – A total of 1,152 beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) have officially graduated from the program, which includes the Regular Conditional Cash Transfer Program (RCCT) and the Modified Conditional Cash Transfer Program for Indigenous Peoples (MCCT-IP), under Republic Act No. 11310 or the 4Ps Act. The graduation ceremony was held at the Panabo Multi-Purpose Gym.

The Breakthrough Ceremony, which served as both a graduation and exit ceremony, was conducted based on the validation by case managers. These beneficiaries have been determined to have successfully completed the program and are now qualified to exit as self-sufficient households, no longer requiring financial assistance from the government.

According to Mrs. Dyndee Millomeda, a 4Ps beneficiary, “For 13 years as a beneficiary of the 4Ps, my children were able to finish their studies. One of them even graduated summa cum laude and is now a Licensed Professional Teacher. I am extremely grateful for the 4Ps.”

The event was graced by the presence of Acting City Mayor Hon. Franklin D. Gentiles and City Councilor Hon. JM “Boss” Relampagos. Also present were CSWDO Department Head Chareina Joy G.
