November 17, 2025 – The Local Government of Panabo, especially City Mayor Jose E. Relampagos, is closely monitoring the rising number of “stokoy” incidents during the City Peace and Order Council (CPOC) Meeting held at the PCGEMPC Function Room-Extension, Barangay J.P. Laurel.
According to Mayor Relampagos, “There are reports regarding ‘stokoy’ in Panabo City. I urge the concerned agencies to strengthen their monitoring.”
A strict 10:00 PM curfew for individuals aged 18 and below in Panabo will be enforced to maintain peace and prevent undesirable activities.
The meeting also tackled issues on illegal drugs and other situations that may disturb the peace and safety of the public, ensuring that Panabo continues to enjoy a peaceful environment.
Additionally, the Special Action Committees presented their reports on anti-insurgency and preventive measures against violent extremism, anti-criminality, and public safety.
The meeting aimed to provide appropriate actions and coordination to ensure peace, security, and the well-being of all in Panabo City.
Members of the CPOC were present during the said activity.
