The Local Government of Panabo City conducted a Stakeholders Forum on August 4, 2025, at the PGEMPC Function Annex to discuss the proposed establishment of Panabo City College.
The forum was attended by representatives from national agencies, educational institutions, the business and labor sectors, barangay leaders, and indigenous peoples. The event served as a venue for discussions on the planned city college, which aims to offer accessible, affordable, and community-responsive education.
This gathering also provided a platform to gather feedback, ideas, and support from stakeholders to help ensure the development of a sustainable and high-quality educational institution.
Among those present at the forum were City Councilor and Chairperson of the Committee on Education JM Relampagos, Executive Secretary Jo-Anne Relampagos-Capuyan, City Administrator Pedrito A. Misoles, IPMR Bae Merlinda Aranar, DepEd Panabo City Division Schools Division Superintendent Jinky B. Firman, CESO VI, and the committees involved in the Panabo City College project.
