September 8, 2025 — As part of the continuing celebration of the 125th anniversary of the Philippine Civil Service (PCSA), with the theme “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing para sa Bayan”, the City Human Resource Management Office (CHRMO) conducted a dialogue series and convocation on the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) at the City Hall Lobby.

The activity aimed to provide employees with the opportunity to better understand the policies and programs of human resource management particularly those implemented by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) in order to strengthen the quality of service and unity within the local government.

CGADH I Daisy L. Dianzon emphasized the importance of a competency-based system, welfare and benefits, and rewards and recognition initiatives, which aim to improve the quality of public service and to give proper recognition to employees for their dedication and contributions.

In addition, Assistant City Administrator Brenda A. Sauping delivered a message reminding all employees to always prioritize their clients, as this is the constant reminder from our honorable mayor—that public service is the most important responsibility of every employee.

Rose-Ann Pineda from the City Information Office also announced additional updates regarding upcoming activities of the LGU Panabo.
