A Thanksgiving Mass was held and officiated by Rev. Fr. Emerson B. Delos Reyes together with Rev. Fr. Richard Narciso to bless and formally open the 13th Binulig Festival. It was also an occasion to give thanks for the continued progress of the city through the years. The mass took place at the Panabo Multi-Purpose, Tourism, Cultural, and Sports Center on October 6, 2025.
Binulig Festival 2025 is a week-long celebration in the City of Panabo that expresses gratitude for the significant contributions of the agricultural sector.
This celebration honors the fruits of unity and the blessings bestowed by the sea and nature.
Present during the event were Ex-officio Hon. Merlinda Aranar, Executive Assistant IV Jo-Anne Gentiles-Relampagos, City Councilors Hon. Janette Tanong-Maboloc, Hon. Omar P. Ranain, and Hon. Janno Paolo Gentiles, as well as department heads and employees of the Local Government of Panabo.
