Opisyal nang gidawat sa Sangguniang Panlungsod sa Panabo ang mga prayoridad ni City Mayor Jose E. Relampagos sa iyahang ikaduhang termino pinaagi sa Sangguniang Panlungsod Resolution 574, Series of 2022 o ang “Adopting the Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA) CY 2023-2025 of the City of Panabo”.
Lakip sa iyahang mga prayoridad ang pagtukod og Panabo City College, Demo Farms, Crematorium, Feed Mills, Home for the Aged, PWD Center, Rural Health Unit, Isolation Facility, ug dugang nga water sanitation facilities ug school buildings.
Matod pa ni Mayor Relampagos nga maningkamot siya nga mahatagan ang katawhan og tumang serbisyo subay sa iyahang RELAMPAGOS CARES alang sa tuig 2023-2025.
“It is my utmost priority to make sure that the people are served with strong-willed, transparent, sustainable and progressive services,” mensahe ni Mayor Relampagos. “We serve for the people, not for ourselves.”
Ang “RELAMPAGOS CARES” ang bag-o niyang gigunitan nga “development thrust” para sa siyudad sa Panabo City gikan sa iyang 10-point executive agenda nga “RELAMPAGOS” adtong tuig 2019-2022. Ang RELAMPAGOS CARES mao ang:
R – Road Construction and other Infrastructure Development
E – Educational Support
L – Land Use and Environmental Management
A – Agricultural Support to Farmers and Fisher Folks
M – Manpower Training and Youth Development
P – Peace and Order Initiatives
A – Alleviation of Poverty
G – God-inspired and Gender Responsive Public Service
O – Organized Citizenry for Environmental Protection and Disaster Preparedness
S – Social and Health Services to every Panaboans
CARES – Community Activation to Reinforce Efficient Services to the public.
Sa ELA, panindoton niya ang City Library, pagbutang og internet connectivity sa mga pampublikong eskwelahan, paghatag og transportation vehicle (bus) para sa mga public school teachers, ug employee scholarship program.
Anaa usab siyay plano nga i-develop ang Sports Complex, Baywalk, Market Complex, day care centers, mangrove park, ug mga water system projects.
Magpadayon usab iyahang pagpasemento sa kalsada ug road network development, ang pagtuyok sa Sebrisyong Barangay sa siyudad, Punerarya Para sa Masa Program, housing relocation ug resettlement projects, scholarship program, infirmary hospital operation, ug uban pang health ug social programs.
Ang mga aktibidades, programa, ug proyekto nga nakalatag sa ELA 2023-2023 mao ang mga nakitang tubag sa kinatubuk-ang panginahanglan sa katawhan sa Panabo City.
Mi-agi kini og kasabotan sa usag-usa gikan sa opisina ni Mayor Relampagos pinaagi sa iyahang mga departamento ug sa mga konsehal ilawom sa pagpangulo ni Vice Mayor Gregorio U. Dujali, III.
