ANNOUNCEMENT📣 | BUSINESS ONE STOP SHOP 2021 ONLINE APPOINTMENT IS HERE!

📌REQUIREMENT OF RENEWAL OF BUSINESS PERMIT ACTIVITY:
1. Basis for Computing taxes, fees & charges (ITR/Gross Sales declaration
2. Barangay Clearance
3. Community Tax Clearance
4. RPT Clearance/Assessor’s Certificate
5. Market Clearance (If applicable)
Other Requirements:
6. SPA/Board Res./Secretary’s Cert. (with valid I.D. if representative)
7. Certified List of Employee (notarized)
8. Fire Safety Inspection Cert.

📌REQUIREMENT OF NEW BUSINESS PERMIT ACTIVITY:
1. Barangay Clearance
2. DTI/SEC Registration with By Laws & Articles of Incorporation/CDA Reg.
3. Copy of Occupancy Permit
4. Locational Clearance (CPDO)
5. Basis in computing taxes, fees and charges/Business Capitalization
6. RPT Clearance/Assessor’s Cert.
7. Contract of Lease (if Lease)
8. Market Clearance (if applicable)
Other Requirements;
9. SPA/Board Res./Secretary’s Cert. (with Valid Identification Card)
10. Lessor’s Business Permit (if renter)
11. Certified List of Employee (notarized)
12. Fire Safety Inspection Cert.

📌Appointment schedule will start on January 4,2021 to January 20, 2021(Monday-Friday: 8am to 7pm and Saturday: 8am to 5pm).

📌GUIDELINES:
1. All applicants should apply for an online appointment in the given link: http://appointment.panabocity.gov.ph/register before proceeding to the Business Permit & Licensing Section. NO ONLINE APPOINTMENT. NO TRANSACTION. (Ang tanang aplikante kinahanglan nga mag aplay og online appointment usa mo adto sa Business Permit & Licensing Section. Wala’y appointment sa online wala’y transaksyon.
2. All transacting public should wear face mask and face shield at all times. (Ang tanan na publiko nga mo transak kinahanglan na mag sul-ob ug face mask ug face shield sa tanang panahon.)
