The moment I entered Government service, I became eager to promote the common good of my constituents and making God the foundation of my administration.
The RELAMPAGOS brand of services emphasized relentless efforts against prohibited drugs and corruption, enforcement of laws, promoting discipline to every Panaboan, and providing basic services to all. I am behold to the promise of livelihood generation encouraging investors to be part of the developmental growth of Panabo City and live up to its vision to be a true gateway to the world. My administration will encourage the people of Panabo to assist in redefi ning reconstructing its future ‒ A future we can be proud of.
Furthermore, I am bound to practice utmost diligence in utilizing the resources of the City of Panabo, to bring forth the interest of the public. And fi nally, to live up to my slogan, “Service to Panaboans, Service to God”
