City Mayor Jose E.Relampagos encourages all officials, employees, coterminous, casual, and job order personnel of the city government of Panabo to participate in the 120th Anniversary of the Philippine Civil Service themed, “Philippine Civil Service @120: Public Sector in the Age of Digital Transformation” for the whole month of September 2020. There are few activities lined up for the celebration.

The first week or the Linggo ng Lingkod Bayani, September 1 to 6, will be dedicated to posting anniversary campaign banners and utilizing social media accounts to honor public service. The official hashtags include #kawanibersaryo and @publicserviceonFIRe.

On September 7,2020 or the Linggo ng Yamang Tao will be a Thanksgiving Mass (Launching Program) in the morning at the City Hall Lobby. It will be personally attended by elective officials, department heads, and assistant department heads to adhere with health protocols. The employees will also attend the holy mass via Zoom.

The third week or Linggo ng Malasakit will promote social responsibility initiatives and advocacies towards giving to those who are in need. On September 18,2020, there will be a Health and Wellness program at 3:00PM via Zoom to promote wellness in the workplace.

Lastly, the fourth week will be a Linggo ng Pasasalamat which includes a CSC Prime-HRM Family Day on September 25 at 12:00 noon to 3:00 in the afternoon. The City will provide a special treat to all employees as a gesture of appreciation for hard work and dedication. It is a “Salo salo” but still following health protocols.

At 3:00 PM, there will be a PRAISE Awarding Ceremony that aims to recognize employees for their service. It will be conducted through a virtual program.

The activities will be broadcasted live via City Government of Panabo Facebook Page and other official channels of the city.
