With the declaration of El Nino, here are safety tips that panaboans must know to prevent fire incidents in the City:
1.Don’t throw cigarette or cigar butts on the ground or out of a vehicle. Dispose of them properly and make sure they are completely extinguished.
2. Avoid burning grass especially near the plastic
3.Clean up dead leaves and twigs from your yard, roof and gutters.
4. Parents should emphasize to their children the dangers of playing with fire. Children who have no idea how quickly flames can grow and spread start many grass fires.
5. Do not burn trash, leaves or brush outdoors
6. In case of emergency, immediately call the the following EMERGENCY NUMBERS:

National Emergency NO.- 911
