TO ALL BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS | In accordance with DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2021-053, the following establishments are required to comply for a Safety Seal Certification to ensure all customers and employees are safe from threats of COVID-19.

(1) malls;
(2) wet markets;
(3) other retail stores;
(4) restaurants gawas sa hotels ug resorts;
(5) fastfoods, eateries, coffeeshops, ug uban pa;
(6) banks, money changers, pawnshops, remittance centers;
(7) car wash;
8 laundry service centers;
(9) art galleries, libraries, museums, zoo;
(10) sports centers;
(11) Tutorial, testing and review centers;
(12) gyms;
(13) spas;
(14) cinemas;
(15) arcades; ug
(16) all other private establishments (ubang pribadong establisyamento).

At present, inspection teams are monitoring establishments if they are compliant to the minimum public health standards and other requirements directed by the DOH/IATF. For other establishment not mentioned, other agencies (DOLE, DOT, DTI, and DILG) are assigned to inspect your compliance.
