POSTING OF VACANT POSITIONS (Placement Part II)

All non-career personnel and individuals outside the government service, including persons with disability (PWD), members of indigenous communities, and those with diverse sexual orientation, gender identity and expression (SOGIE), are highly encouraged to apply.
Please signify your interest in writing and attach the following documents to your application letter and send to the address below not later than Monday, October 1, 2018, to wit:”
1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
2. Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
3. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license;
4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records, Diploma, Special Order or Certificate of Accreditation, and CHED Certification of Authenticity and Validity (CAV);
5. Photocopy of Certification of Employment (if required);
6. Photocopy of Certification of Participation to Trainings (if required); &
7. Official Application Form (available at the CHRMO upon submission of complete requirements).
