1.The competition is open to all talented Panaboans at least 13 years old.
2.Each participating team must consist of a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 15 performers.

3.Each entry will use the “KUMILOS KA KALALAKIHAN by NOEL CABANGON”
as the only song to be interpreted or enacted provided by the Gender and Development Office.

4.Narration is strictly not allowed. This competition is designed for each entry to tell a story revolving around the theme “VAW free Community Starts with Me” in which men are also encourage to get involve in the campaign to end violence against women.

5.The performance must be PRE-RECORDED and shall not exceed seven (7) minutes but not less than three (3) minutes, this includes the actual performance, entrance and exit of dancers, setting up of props (if any) and the like. No dangerous props/ stunts are allowed.

6.Any time in excess of the allowed performance time shall be penalized by deducting
3 points from all of the judges’ scores.

7.Criteria for judging are as follows:

Concept and Interpretation – 40%
Choreography and Execution – 30%
Costume – 10%
Stage presence – 20%

TOTAL 100%

8.Final recorded video of your dance performance will be sent through or you may submit your Flash drive (USB) upon submission oof your registration form. Deadline for submission of entries will be on or before December 8, 2020 at GAD Office, beside PESO, City Parks and Plaza, Brgy. New Pandan, Panabo City.


1ST Place – Php 10, 000. 00
2nd Place – Php 7, 000. 00
3rd Place – Php 5, 000. 00

10.Judging of the official entries will be on December 11, 2020. Only Top 3 winners will be shown during the Culmination Program of 18-day Campaign to end VAW on December 11, 2020.

11.The winning entry will serve as the official campaign ad for MOVE ( Men Opposed Violence Everywhere) of GAD- Panabo City.

12.The decision of the judges is final and irrevocable.
