Newly elected Mayor Jose E. Relampagos started his first day of work today July 2, 2019, with a Holy Mass followed by a Convocation Program at the Panabo City Hall Lobby. He expressed that there will be no corruption in the City Hall and assured that there will be no political biases during his administration.
After the convocation program, Mayor Relampagos was welcomed in his new office by different sectors and individuals in the city; religious leaders and various church representatives, The PNP Chief, The BFP Fire Marshal, City Government department heads, fish vendors association, various local groups and other National Line Agencies.
The Convocation Program was sponsored by the City Human Resource Management and Development Office wherein the newly-elected City Mayor, re-elected City Vice Mayor and the members of the 8th Sangguniang Panlungsod were introduced by the Department Head of the City Human Resource Office Mr. Henry Esparagoza to the City Government heads and employees.
The Mayor accommodated his visitors, listening to their problems and suggestions while sharing his plans to each sector and his vision for the City of Panabo.
