The purpose of this Memorandum Circular is issued to reiterate and supplement the DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2020-081 dated May 8, 2020 directing the Local Chief Executives and Sangguniang Members of Provinces, Cities and Municipalities to use StaySafe.PH Application System for the management of corona virus situation.

It aims also to ensure the uniform use of StaySafe.PH application in order to have a more efficient way of stopping the spread of corona virus through this community-driven contact tracing, health condition reporting and social distancing system developed through the partnership of the IATF, National Task Force (NTF), COVID-19, and Multysis Techologies Corporation.
