In pursuant to the Department of Transportation (DOTr) Memorandum Circular No. 2020-14, mandatory wearing of FACE SHIELDS shall be observed by all see passengers along with the established health standards like wearing of face masks, washing of hands and social distancing protocols. This is in line with the NO FACE SHIELD, NO RIDE POLICY per DOTr Memorandum Circular 2020-14, effective August 07, 2020.
