PANABOAN BEAUTY CROWNED MISS EARTH PHILIPPINES WATER-SOUTHERN MINDANAO 2019!

Panaboan beauty crowned MISS EARTH PHILIPPINES WATER-Southern Mindanao 2019!

Eloisa Monique Yepez of Panabo City was crowned Miss Earth Philippines Water last night March 09,2019 during the Miss Earth Philippines-Southern Mindanao Pageant at Rizal Memorial College Petrogazz Gym, Davao City.

She also bagged 2nd place for Best Eco-Video that featured sites in Panabo City (link below). Out of 18 other hopefuls, Eloisa managed to reach the top 5. Indeed, a #PanaboPanalo moment.

Eloisa is currently the City’s Binibining Panabo 2018 and Binibining DavNor 2018 3rd Runner-up. She is a student of BS Real Estate Management at the University of Mindanao.

BLOOMING 18, A REUNION OF BEAUTIES

Beauty Queens of Panabo meet reigning Binibining Panabo and newly crowned Miss Earth Philippines Water-Southern Mindanao 2019, Eloisa Monique Yepez today to promote the 18th Araw ng Panabo Celebration set on March 22-31, 2019.

It is the first time six titleholders from 2012 to present gather for a special project initiated by the Information Office. The project will be a promotion of the city’s 18th year special, the “Blooming 18”.

Titleholders present are Miss Panabo 2012 Kerra Dino, Bb Panabo 2014 Sweetcel Siguros, Bb Panabo 2015 Gab Giner, Bb Panabo 2016 Mai Depalubos, Bb Panabo 2017 Ed Goldelaine Flores, and reigning queen Eloisa Monique Yepez.

The new winner will be crowned on March 30,2019.
