Gimandoan sa Department of the Interior and Local Goverment (DILG) ang tanang Lokal nga Panggamhanan nga magmugna og ordinansa aron sa pag-install og Closed-Circuit Television o CCTV alang sa mga “business establishments” subay sa Republic Act 7160 Section 16 o ang pagsuporta sa pagmintina sa kalinaw ug kahapsay ug kaluwasan sa publiko.
Usa na ang CCTV sa mga rekisitos sa pag-isyu og business permit sa mga establisyamento nga naga-atiman og daghang kustomer o nagalihok sa mga transaksyon ug operasyon nga adunay peligro nga matarget sa kriminal nga mga kalihokan. Apil na usab ang mga establisemento nga ‘prone’ sa aksidente, natural nga katalagman, ug uban pang insidente.
Ang mga establisemento nga kinahanglan nga magbutang og CCTV kay sama sa financial establishments, business establishments, shopping malls, wetmarkets, supermarkets, medical facilities, places of entertainment, airports, terminals, parking lot, maintenance/service stations, ug uban pa.
Aduna usab girekomenda nga ‘minimum specifications’ ang gilatag sa Anti-Cybercrime Group of the Philippine National Police alang sa mga CCTV Systems nga kinahanglan sa pagahimuon nga ordinansa, mao ang mosunod:
