Wahid Ranain, Ms Khan Quieta of CSWDO, and the support of barangay captains committed to join the “OPLAN PAYO” which is an initiative of the Provincial PNP Director P/Supt Alan B Manibog supported by Board Member Shirley Belen Aala, Chairperson of Peace and Order in the Sanggunian Panlalawigan.

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed on the same date with the PNP, Moral and Spiritual Corps of Ministries, Department of Education, and TESDA to form activities and programs that enable to address such issues with children, along with providing necessary interventions for reform.
The activity was held at Panabo National High School in the presence of DavNor, municipal, and city officials.
