Panaboan beauty crowned MISS EARTH PHILIPPINES WATER-Southern Mindanao 2019!
Eloisa Monique Yepez of Panabo City was crowned Miss Earth Philippines Water last night March 09,2019 during the Miss Earth Philippines-Southern Mindanao Pageant at Rizal Memorial College Petrogazz Gym, Davao City.
She also bagged 2nd place for Best Eco-Video that featured sites in Panabo City (link below). Out of 18 other hopefuls, Eloisa managed to reach the top 5. Indeed, a #PanaboPanalo moment.
Eloisa is currently the City’s Binibining Panabo 2018 and Binibining DavNor 2018 3rd Runner-up. She is a student of BS Real Estate Management at the University of Mindanao.
