Contrabands restricted in Panabo City Jails
Any form of contraband will be prohibited inside jail and detention places in the City of Panabo after the approval of Proposed Ordinance No. 14 authored by Chairperson of the Committee on Public Safety, City Councilor Hon. Wahid Ranain.

2. Metal cutting daw or blades or digging tools
3. Cigarette and other tobacco products
4. Liquor, beer, coconut, wine, and other intoxicating beverages
