LOWER PANAGA, PANABO CITY — Roxas Elementary School conducted a Face-to-Face (F2F) simulation activity in preparation for the limited F2F classes on March 7, 2022. The activity was posted by RES Principal Jonalyn Badua on her Facebook account.

The school is among three (3) public elementary schools in Panabo City that were approved by the local Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) to officially commence limited F2F classes in accordance to DOH-DepEd guidelines under the current Alert Level System.

According to Badua, there were 70 pupils from kindergarten to Grade 3 who joined the simulation activity last February 24, 2022 while 124 pupils are expected to be physically present on March 7. In addition, the pupils during the simulation activity were accompanied by their parents and guardians to familiarise limited F2F operating procedures.

Issues and concerns were also expected during the simulation activity which helped them address possible problems on the actual implementation.

“Ang simulation activity ay nakakatulong sa mga mag aaral at magulang na maging bihasa sa pamamaraan sa darating na Limited face to face classes,” Badua wrote. “Sinisiguro rin ng aming paaralan na fully vaccinated ang mga kalahok na teaching at non-teaching personnel sa implementasyon.”

Katualan Elementary School and Waterfall Elementary School are also gearing up for the limited F2F classes. Further, only schools endorsed by DepEd Panabo to the IATF shall be given an approval for limited F2F classes, subject to relevant guidelines.

The City Information Office of Panabo will be giving more details on March 7.
