“Celebrating the Exceptional Contribution of Women in the City of Panabo”

A. Qualifications for Nomination:
1. Must be a resident of Panabo City for at least three (3) continuous or aggregate years;
2. Must have significant role in the promotion of the general welfare and development of Panabo City; and
3. Must be a potential leader – recognized as a symbol of leadership in her specific field of work.

B. Nomination Process:
1. Who can nominate?
Any bonafide resident of Panabo City who are of legal age with extensive knowledge of the nominee’s characteristics, leadership attributes, accomplishments and contributions.

2. Nomination Requirements:
a. Fully accomplished Nomination form, duly signed by the nominator; which can be downloaded via Google Drive (link) or Barangay Hall, at the Gender and Development Office or at the City Administrator’s Office through the Search Secretariat;
b. Nominee’s profile highlighting her background or curriculum vitae, accomplishments and/or milestone achievements and how she exemplifies above-mentioned criteria with a maximum 500 word count;
c. Barangay Certification as proof of residency and of good moral character; and
d. Proof of milestone achievements (photos of citations, certifications, trophies, plaques, etc.).

3. Submittal and Screening
a. The deadline for the submission of nominee will be on February 24, 2023 through Google Form (link will be provided) or at the Gender and Development Office or City Administrator’s Office;
b. Each submittal shall be screened by the secretariat to ensure that all the requirements are complete (based on the checklist) and submitted on or before the set deadline. Incomplete and late nominations shall no longer be accepted.
