– 5 to 9 years of age as of March 18, 2018
– Resident of Panabo City
– has talent
– with pleasing personality
– with good moral character
– currently studying in school
Requirements:
– filled-out application form (get yours at the City Information Office, 3rd Floor Panabo City Hall)
– NSO Birth Certificate (photocopy)
– 1 Whole Body picture
– 1 Close up picture
– Endorsement from the school where the child is currently enrolled
