LATEST | City Mayor Jose E.Relampagos issues Memorandum Order No. 1123 of 2021 addressed to all barangay captains on the Prohibitions/Limitations on Public or Mass Gatherings. Such gatherings shall only allow a limited audience that does not exceed 50% of the seating or venue capacity.

All mass and public gatherings must observe the minimum public health standards with permission from the City Government and a BARANGAY CERTIFICATE issued by the Barangay Captain where the event is being held.
Copies of the MO were sent to the Association of Barangay Captains, PNP Panabo, and DILG Panabo.
