The City Government of Panabo, headed by City Mayor Engr James G Gamao, is one of the PRIME-HRM BRONZE AWARDEES for obtaining Maturity Level II-Accreditation during the Council of Human Resource Management Practitioners of Region XI: Regional Conference held at Mati City, Davao Oriental.
The Program, spearheaded by the Civil Service Commission, is to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) integrates and enhances the Personnel Management Assessment and Assistance Program (PMAAP) and the CSC Agency Accreditation Program (CSCAAP).
It is a mechanism that empowers government agencies by developing their human resource management competencies, systems, and practices toward HR excellence.
