KATUALAN, PANABO CITY — Prior to the approval of limited Face-to-Face (F2F) classes by the local Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF), a triage station was established at Katualan Elementary School including a shelf of COVID-19 kits. This is part of the preparation of Katualan ES teachers led by their school in-charge Winston Mark Coquilla for the arrival of their pupils on March 7, 2022.

Last March 4, the local IATF approved three (3) public elementary schools in Panabo, namely: Roxas Elementary School at Lower Panaga, Waterfall ES, and Katualan ES. These schools were identified by DepEd Panabo and were duly endorsed the IATF as part of the procedures for approval of limited F2F classes.

Barangay Katualan is known as the farthest barangay from the city proper. The City Information Office of Panabo will be providing more details on the ground on March 7.
