ANNOUNCEMENT | The City Government of Panabo will award 68 vacant slots for Motorized Tricycle Operator’s Permit (MTOP)/Franchise on July 28, 2021 at Business Permit & Licensing Section Ground Floor, New Cityhall via live streaming on City Government of Panabo Facebook Page.

Kindly register at http://appointment.panabocity.gov.ph/ for online appointment. 40 applicants will be cater per day due to Pandemic. NO ONLINE APPOINTMENT. NO TRANSACTION.

Verification & Receiving of Pre-Application will be on July 14-27 at 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM.

INITIAL REQUIREMENTS:
1.Filled up Pre-Application Form
Note: Application Form (Business Permit & Licensing Section)
2. Valid Motor Vehicle Registration from LTO and it must be registered as MOTORCYCLE WITH SIDECAR
(Official Receipt & Certificate of Registration)

3. 2 Valid & Updated ID
(Barangay I.D or any Government issued I.D)

POLICY & QUALIFICATIONS:
1.The Applied tricycle unit is not serving the penalty of impoundment under City Ordinance No. 31-17.
(Ang tricycle unit nga i-apply wala naga serbisyo sa silot nga impoundment subay sa City Ordinance No. 31-17)

2.Applicant should appear personally at the Business Permit & Licensing Section. Thus, bringing of applicants’ special power of attorney (SPA) is not allowed except for PERSON WITH DISABILITY/SENIOR CITIZEN/PREGNANT WOMEN must issue an authorization to his/her representative in submitting the initial requirements and also attached photocopy the corresponding senior citizen’s ID of the senior citizen, medical certificate for pregnant women, and PWD ID in this time of pandemic.
(Ang aplikante gikinahanglan nga personal na magpakita sa opisina sa Licensing Section, busa ang pag dala og special power of attorney (SPA) kay dili ginatugotan gawas lang sa tigulang/buntis/pwd kailangan mobuhat og pagtugot sa iyang representante sa pagpasa sa iyang pasiuna nga kinanahanglonon og seroks sa ID para sa tiguwang ug PWD ug medical certificate para sa buntis.

3. Non-delinquent MTOP Fees
(Walay batal sa MTOP)

4. If individual, not more than 2 units registered holder of MTOP. If married, both of them shall be treated as one individual.
(Kung indibidwal, dili puwede mo sobra og duha kabuok ang iparehistro. Kung magtiayon, silang duha tratuhon nga usa ka indibidwal.)

REMINDER:
Applicant should wear FACE MASK and FACE SHIELD and observe PHYSICAL DISTANCING upon submission of initial requirements.
