Unang gibuhat sa konseho ang paghatag sa ilang nagkadaiyang mensahe isip pasalamat sa salig nga gipakita sa katawhan sa Panabo alang kanila ug ilang mga saad nga moserbisyo og tinud-anay.

Pinaagi ni City Administrator Pedrito A. Misoles, MaEd, gipaabot ni City Mayor Jose E. Relampagos iyang mensahe. “As the local chief executive, I promise to continue the programs and will continue to create programs that will benefit all the panaboans”. Dugang pa niini, gitanyag ni City Mayor Relampagos ang iyang prayoridad nga mga plano sa iyang ika-duhang termino sama sa Institutionalization of dedicated medical assistance package for LGU Panabo employees apil ang mga opsisyales sa mga barangay, ensure public access to information for transparency and accountability, upgrading of all urban barangay access roads, ug uban pa.
