The City’s Antii-Drug Abuse Program through Agent Dennis Paguinto of PDEA Provincial Office of Davao del Norte jointly conducted an orientation to members of the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) last January 21, 2020 at Barangay Hall of Tibungol, Panabo City on the new guidelines of PDEA’s drug clearing campaign, and the roles of the Philippine National Police and Barangay Officials during TOKHANG (Toktok-Tokhang) and TOPHANG (Tapok-Tokhang).
Topics discussed were: Functions and Responsibilities of the BADAC, Community Based Rehab Program activities of the VSR in barangay, Barangay Drug Clearing Program and Peace and Order Updates.
Present in the orientation were barangay officials, functionaries, Purok Leaders,and Non-Government Organization’s headed by Barangay Captain Hon. Fernando Candol.
