I officially declare the 18th Araw ng Panabo, OPEN!
This 18th year marks a milestone of another mission accomplished. For 18 years, we have witnessed growth in our economy, infrastructure, government and its people. Industries are rising and investments are flourishing. Our people, in all walks of life, are given the right to education, skills, and jobs for life of sustainability. Ladies and gentlemen, this is a vision of mine, a vision for our city, to be progressive, resilient and friendly city for us all.
I am thankful to our Congressman, Representative Antonio “Tony Boy” Floriendo and Governor Anthony G. del Rosario who always gave their hearts for the people of Panabo and supporting the developments needed for our city to prosper. To our national agencies, private companies, cooperatives, schools, media and the citizens, Panabo would not be as “Blooming” withour our support and passion for the city.
Today, we are united as proud Panaboans. A people who stand with honor for a city that will soar to greatness. As the father of this City, it is my God-given duty to serve you with dignity, honesty, and sincerity and give the best for Panabo and its people to foster an active government.
As we begin our 18th Araw ng Panabo Celebration, I pray that we relish the festivities and experience the celebration with sportsmanship to foster a peace-loving society. For us to spend our time with our families, the President signed Proclamation No. 690 declaring the 1st day of April a non-working holiday for Panabo City.
May the Almighty Father be with us all in our celebration. Happy 18th Araw ng Panabo, “Blooming 18, Blooming City”
Mabuhay and God Bless!
